Andrew Kinaci joined the North Lawndale Employment Network in September of 2010 and immediately went to work across all three of the organization’s main program areas. He currently maintains website updates and social media communications for both the organization and the social enterprise subsidiary Sweet Beginnings, LLC. Additionally, he provides direct client service to job-readiness class participants in the U-Turn Permitted workforce re-entry training program, and supervises volunteers and provides workshop programming in the LISC-funded Center for Working Families. Andrew brings a passion for sustainability to his work, and appreciates NLEN’s market-based, green-economic solution to the problem of ex-offender unemployment. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture with a minor in Urban Studies from Princeton University.
